Ho mangiato davvero benissimo! Il crudo di pesce era semplicemente eccezionale: freschissimo, presentato con cura e dal sapore delicato ma deciso, proprio come dev’essere. Francesco è stato impeccabile, cordiale e attento, facendoci sentire come a casa. E lo chef? Un vero fuoriclasse! Si sente la passione e la maestria in ogni dettaglio.
